      Discrimination and Wrongful Termination

      Pros

      Pros are the their are few people in the company that dont have this mind set. The Property I worked at in SC did however. They also had great chances for promotions for the woman of the race they favored, even though the other individual had more experience dealing with a property of that sort.

      Cons

      An employee was terminated just days after formally complaining of discrimination and harassment in the work place. A complaint was giving to a superior and was over looked and once the employee had a substantial amount of evidence they framed him for grounds of termination. They are talent users and will let you go once they get what they need from you.

      Pros

      Pegasus offers decent salaries and seems to have some advancement opportunities (though my coworkers who were promised promotions never did receive one).

      Cons

      I found the management/owners of Pegasus to be very unethical. Intimidation tactics were employed to get the most out of their employees. While working here, I consistently witnessed their top-producing sales people being verbally bashed to other employees (by the owner). My personal experience was very unpleasant as well, even though my contribution to the company was quite substantial. Very disappointed in management for the way this company treats their employees.

      Thanks. Old review, but wanted to reply. A lot has changed in our culture today and we are super proud of those changes. A recent employee survey shows employees are very happy. We appreciate your feedback and take it very seriously.
