      Pros

      At Pegasus, they really do care about their employees as individuals and as a group. They recognize your work and put you in positions that you can really be successful in. They also match you up with higher management for the best training for your learning techniques.

      Cons

      If you do not like a diverse group of people then you would not like working here. We are very accepting of all different personalities. We are also a fast growing company. If you do not like growth then this is not the company for you.

      Pros

      I've been with Pegasus for 3 years and I have nothing but positive things to say. A career here is challenging but the rewards far exceed the sweat it takes to succeed. I am blessed to be a part of this organization and sincerely appreciative of the opportunities that have been presented to me. The outlook is bright!!

      Cons

      I honestly do not have anything negative to present as it relates to Pegasus. The work is hard and occasionally the hours are long. If you do not want a challenge and have a desire to give your best efforts then this isn't the place for you. BTW - I do not see that as a "Con".

      Pros

      Pay is good, PTO, paid holidays, benefits, opportunities for advancement. They have great, hard working people.Office culture is great. As mentioned before, pay is great compared to others in the industry but it has to be earned. If challenges push you to be better then this is the company for you.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. Sometimes the work load can be very overwhelming. At times the micro-managing can be very stressful, of course depending on who you're directly supervised by. I've seen awesome and I've seen bad.
