Pros

Pay is good, PTO, paid holidays, benefits, opportunities for advancement. They have great, hard working people.Office culture is great. As mentioned before, pay is great compared to others in the industry but it has to be earned. If challenges push you to be better then this is the company for you.

Cons

No company is perfect. Sometimes the work load can be very overwhelming. At times the micro-managing can be very stressful, of course depending on who you're directly supervised by. I've seen awesome and I've seen bad.

Pros

The best reason to work here is the people, just like cheers, everyone knows your name. The entire corporate staff is approachable and friendly. I love the atmosphere and know when I come to work I can enjoy positive energy. Most management companies are the same but what makes Pegasus stand apart is the high energy and people!!!

Cons

One postive chanllege is that Pegasus demands each employee to be the best. The expectations are high and only the best can make "pigs fly".

Pros

I have worked for Pegasus Residential for a little over 2 years, and am still incredibly happy there! The office culture is relaxed and friendly, but we all work constantly to get our tasks accomplished. The work-life balance is important to our managers, and they work hard to make sure we have a manageable work load. If we are overwhelmed, they step in immediately to assist.

Cons

In my opinion, the only con, and it is a minor one, is not having the ability to work from home a few days per week.
