      Pros

      This is a fast paced company tailored for a fast paced industry in multi-family luxury communities. Pegasus Residential offers enjoyable working environments in over 30 cities all over the United States. This company's culture is integrity based and they truly value their employees, which in turn encourages awesome customer service for all customers nationwide. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience!

      Cons

      You might have to work longer than 8 hours some days and travel abroad, but it is definitely worth it. Pegasus Residential will pay you accordingly directly proportional to your work efforts and performance.

      Pros

      Fun, fast-paced environment. They use a PTO system. Use the time for whatever you need, when you need it! The training program is getting much better, and nothing but respect is given to the hard workers from the 3 principals of the Company. The two VP's are awesome! The year-end bonus was very good. I have one of the best supervisor's in the business! If you are not afraid to work hard and can take professional criticism, this is the place for you! This company is not for the weak! Work hard and be rewarded! Slack off or make poor decisions and you will struggle.

      Cons

      Long hours. If you are afraid of work, this may not be the place for you. If you like to work hard, come on- we need you! High out-of-pocket costs for Insurance.Expenses are reimbursed, can be a challenge at times.
