Great communication, caring staff and management teams, beautiful properties and there is always room to grow within the company & your career! I love the SOP and the overall structure of the company! Pegasus makes pigs fly!

Cons

Not enough flying pig decor/stuffed animals!

This company is not just a company. They make it feel like a family. They build from within. They have a strong training program.

Cons

I wish they would have a continuing education scholarship program for there employees to progress In There career field. Have paternity leave would be a huge benefit.
