Pros

If you are new to the business or do not have extensive experience you will most likely be given an offer by this young company. They are in need staff.

Cons

Difficult to get your commissions and bonuses, They seem to hire on site personnel that will tolerate long hours, lack of work/life balance and on going lack of staffing. Benefits are so so. They don't pay weekend staff for full 8 hours on Sundays, as most property management companies do for their staff's commitment to the weekends.

Micromanaged, and behind the times. Marketing ideas they gave at takeover were what we were doing six years ago.

If you can be fake and keep a brown nose you'll be OK unless you are of color or not blonde.

Cons

Honest people have no chance here. All upper management cater to the owner fully and the owner has no class as evident by her language and manners. Very discriminating with no morals.
