Heavy workload without reasonable pay

It has comfortable working environment, and kind colleagues. If you don't have Working Experience, you can learn a lot of thing in here.

Cons

Workload is too heavy, and payment is lower, Because it want to take the order, it reduce the product develop schedule. But RD need to increase working time every day to make product follow up the schedule.
