I read the reviews on this website, but I took the job anyway. DO NOT WORK HERE. Women are constantly sexually harassed by other employees. HR does not care about legitimate concerns.

Bad management. HP exploits the factory. Bad policy. Bad HR. Long working hours instead of work efficiently. Too much Gossiping and negative atmosphere. Come here only if you wanna see what a hell is.

You rotate a lot that helps to build up your skills really fast, and you will learn how to deal with all kinds of different situations.

Cons

Extremely longs working hours, no life work balance. Rules been changing day by day, person by person. Promotion system isn't cleared and faired.
