Hour long lunch break I guess

Everything else Worked there for 7 years... It sucked the life out of me. Not worth the time or money.

Pros

Easy to get the job, can request extra non paid time off with no consequences.

Cons

Does not pay an engineers salary, constant battle with production, only 3 paid days off. Unpredictable shift changes, usually a period of night shift, without a pay increase. No real room for advancement, no raises.
