Pros

Health insurance 401k Dental insurance Cost of living raise

Cons

The plant in which I worked allowed managers and leaders to be disrespectful towards team members by letting them single individual flaws out, show favortism, and have other team members spy and snitch for them, and allow them to not provide the same opportunities to all of the team members under their leadership. It doesn't matter how hard or long you work there beacuse if one person doesn't like you or how you do things they will find a way to get rid of you. The HR office only takes care of things if you report them the same day it happens, and even then nothing comes out of it. If you get hurt on the job unless you break something you are at fault regardless of why or how it happened.
