Mandatory overtime almost every week 50hrs work weeks, no time and a half.

Manager Friendly, Training provided, Dependable work. Reasonable pay.

Cons

Shifted work schedule by several hours to fall outside availability and expected employees to upturn entire lives to adjust. Moderate-to-low communication of OT scheduling.

The job pays decent after awhile, there bonuses, 401k, and insurance.

Cons

they treat you like just a number, the work is very fast paced they dont pay thier employees enough to meet thier expectations, the people gossip like high school and most are related in some way.
