Cons

-Work-Life Balance (as a manager I work 55-60 hours a week for a 5 day week, and over 65 every other week with a Saturday) -They will hire anyone for the manufacturing floor -Outdated manufacturing facilities -Horrible IT systems and support

Pros

Solid pay but you'll work 10 hours a day and 8 hours every other Saturday. Team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and will help you out.

Cons

Several of the managers aren't great. Couple of them are there for the paycheck till they run out of strikes.
