Great culture, 1 year of draw on commission covered salary guarantees you 65k minimum no matter how much you sell. Managers are friendly, understanding, and eager to train and the entire team of representatives help each other out every chance they get.

Cons

Product takes forever to come in and often suddenly gets months added to lead time with no apparent explanation
