Pay is and PTO is excellent

Cons

Vwry toxic environment. Send salaried employees to 2 week seminar based in Christian leadership principles. Mix religion and work. If you have views contrary to theirs, you will be let go. Quality is atrocious, and management has no idea how to address. Must do ridiculous progressions to keep your job. Training is non-existant for salaried people.
