Dishonest management , not room for growth but will tell you there is day one, dangerous work environment all around, teenagers and tired drivers responsible for your safety.

Pros

Great product & very well positioned for a higher quality buyer. Fairly unlimited color options for custom interior finish. Best warranty in the industry. Pella buyers understand that the cost will not be at the level of Window World or box stores.

Cons

Poor communication with service team, Pella Corp sells through Lowe's & their pricing is a lot less than our retail cost.
