Pros

Opportunities for growth within the company if you're liked, remote work.

Cons

Customer Service management sucks. Unless you are one of their favorites, get ready for extra work with no extra pay. HR will not help when you file a complaint about their unreasonable policies. Oh and that vacation you had planned? Might as well cancel it because they won't approve your vacation request since they are constantly over threshold. Management is on an unnecessary power trip.
