Competitive salary, PTO, great healthcare benefits, room for career advancement, positive environment, relaxed atmosphere, teamwork, work/life balance.

Cons

No remote/hybrid schedule. Hopefully in the future this will change to align more with the future and current times of most companies.

Pros

The caliber of talent and opportunities to grow are tremendous. I get to work with the best teams, agencies and leadership in the building materials industry. Leaders really care about their teams and take time to connect as people, not just co-workers. Benefits, comp and Profit Sharing are very competitive. Opportunities to contribute value and do meaningful work are plentiful. Work life balance is good.

Cons

Teams are lean, so often times you're asked to manage multiple priorities.
