Pros

The care for work/life balance and flexibility expressed by leadership is just outstanding. The pay is in line with the market reviews I did after receiving my offer, and is reasonable for the workload. I haven't met anyone yet that wasn't insanely nice and willing to answer any question I have. They all do a great job of managing up their peers.
