Pros

I still enjoy working for Pella Glass Door after 15+ years. The corporation appreciates their employees and try to make everyday fun and enjoyable while being safe and productive.

Cons

When we are busy the long hours are hard to take. Pella has tried to make it easier on our families though, by giving us guaranteed weekends off.

Pros

Great leadership and strong team atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming and will to help. Honestly one of the best companies I've worked for. A lot of work and the days can be long, but everyone else from leadership down works just as hard. Great company for someone who is ambitious and wants to grow professionally.

Cons

No cons related to the company. Just normal stress to be expected from any Job but the team definitely makes it easier to deal with.
