Pros

Honestly enjoyed my time working there. I met a bunch of really cool people and was able to learn quite a few jobs, even if some were incredibly boring ha. A lot of people told me before hand that it is "a lot of hard work" and, while some areas are more physically demanding than others, where I was working in parts making was relatively easy and straightforward. Even when I went to other lines to work, I never felt overly challenged or discouraged. Also, the 4 day 10 hour shifts were incredible. Four day work weeks at 10 hours is completely manageable and still gives you time to live your life. There is overtime occasionally, but being paid $30/hour.... you can't really complain, can you? Basically, if you're looking for a solid, good paying job that comes with all the benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401k) in the Paris/Murray area, give it a go!

Cons

Can get a little warm in there in the middle of summer, not gonna lie haha. I was working the night shift, though, and didn't have to deal with the heat too much. Also, depending on who you get--it isn't a perfect system--the training might not be the best. But if you going in there eager to learn and apply yourself, learning things on your own, or finding ways outside the person training you, is completely doable.

Pros

There is lots of money to be made. Some of the top reps are bringing home $30k-40k each month pretty consistently.

Cons

The mileage that you add to your vehicle and the sometimes inconsistency of appointments
