I have been with Pella Corporation for my entire career and I get asked often why I have dedicated my professional life to one company. The answer is simple. 1) Pella has afforded me the opportunity to work in many areas of the business, take on new challenges, succeed, fail, learn, and grow. 2) I work with outstanding people every day. If you want to be challenged, developed, held accountable, surrounded by good people, and treated with dignity and respect, Pella Corporation is the place to be.

Cons

There is so much opportunity in our industry that sometimes it can be a struggle to keep the team focused on the most important things. That said, the management team is focused on prioritizing the right initiatives and while the company is not perfect in this regard, we continue to get better.
