      Formal Corporate Training, lots of resources (but have fun trying to access them)

      Cons

      Management treats you as expendable, lack of leadership, management and department leadership don't care about your input on anything, culture is all about; 'what have you done today to add to the bottom line?' Everyone from top to bottom is in it for themselves - no teamwork or collaboration

      Pay is good, decent benefits

      Cons

      No work life balance. 8 hour days are rare, but 10 hour days and 8 hour Saturdays are constant. It's very easy to burn out. Very high employee turn over.

      Pros

      Yearly bonuses before Christmas are great and their 401K matching is excellent.

      Cons

      Company as an overall is good but Management is young and straight out of college for the most part and pressured to push employees to get out product regardless of quality and safety. No matter if you are a great employee with stellar evaluations and perfect attendance they will believe those with less than stellar behaviors and attendance issues especially if they are minorities. The company has strict rules but refuse to follow them unless its convenient for them.
