Trying to grow in a dynamic industry.

Cons

Lack of financial acumen among senior leadership, especially little knowledge regarding variables that drive shareholder value. This results in poor capital allocation, strategic plans and product portfolio decisions. Key financial information is not shared below the executive level, resulting in little team alignment around key performance metrics and drivers. Given the above, the company feels like a slow-moving train-wreck, with little accountability among leadership provided by the BOD.
