When you were a child growing up you didn't say " when I grow up I want to work in a factory. This is real work.

Great place to work and great benefits and pay. Amazing staff that trains you to be your best. They truly do treat their staff like family

Cons

It gets a little warm during the summer but they provide free Gatorade and make sure your taken care of
