Pella practices Servant Leadership and Continuous Improvement techniques such as Kaizen events and Managing for Daily Improvement. It is a very supportive culture with lots of room for recognition and growth.

Cons

The product line - and the industry - are rather complex and there can be a steep learning curve.

Environment is extremely friendly overall People have a genuine desire to help you Pays very well Good connection to executives

Cons

New roles are left with a lot of responsibility to figure out what they should be doing, which isn't always a bad thing, but can occasionally be overwhelming Communication between departments is sometimes lacking

Pros

Pella strives for greatness while providing a culture unlike any other. It is hard to get that anywhere else. I have been very fortunate enough to join the Pella family full-time recently, and I plan on leaving no time soon.

Cons

Bigger projects requiring communication across departments is sometimes tough.
