40+ hours a week but a somewhat flexible in schedule.

Cons

Company went from Base + salary to Commission only. Commission rate was low and management could reduce your commission on a job if there were errors - even though a project manager would verify the details of the job the reps quoted.

Cons

They don't care about their people, used to be a family oriented company not so much now. Rarely keep their word, communication is horrible by management, doesn't matter if you've worked there 20 plus years, your time of service doesn't mean a thing.
