Pros

There is a strong focus right now on change with the culture at the forefront, which is great. I also find there to be a good work/life balance and the ability to deselect if needed. The people are generally very nice and easy to work with as well.

Cons

Need better managers in place to help with growth among employees. Ability to not have to get buy-in at multiple levels of people is something being worked on but we're not quite there.

Pros

There are great benefits. The culture is diverse. Flexibility with life and work schedules, family oriented. Lots of career opportunities and the people are great to work with here.

Cons

Due to the nature of the business there's always a slow period, but it doesn't last long things get busy again very soon.
