      Pros

      I have worked in many departments and a number of different leadership roles over the last 15 years. The knowledge and experiences have enabled me to move up in the organization taking on more challenging roles in leadership.

      Cons

      Can be overly conservative and "cost" focused vs. "growth" focused. Culture is starting to shift though
