      Pros

      Working at Pella Corporation provides me with the opportunities I desire for a successful career. I have challenging projects that I feel supported and empowered to successfully complete. In addition, through Pella's classes and resources provided to employees, I can continuously grow my technical skills and my leadership. Lastly, the culture at Pella is driven by respect, innovation, quality, and passion.

      Cons

      Pella Corporation's headquarter location could be an issue for some individuals. Pella, IA is a great family community, yet for some this may not be an ideal location. However, Des Moines, IA is a close drive with more options for things to do. Pella Corporation also is continually working to enhance the work environment to appeal to people with various backgrounds and interests.

      Pros

      Pella Offers a chance to achieve success in a given role and offers opportunities to grow within the company. Pella offers great medical benefits and 401K plans. Pella will match eligible charity donations and encourages outreach to the community around us.

      Cons

      Pella doesn't pay for snow days if the offices close due to inclement weather. You must use a vacation day or a personal day.
