Pros

Pella is a great company to work for. Pella has and maintains a very strong team. The training and support is second to none. There are a variety of opportunities within the company. Pella is definitely worth a look at if you're interested in working at an industry leading company with a ton of advancement/growth potential.

Cons

The largest downside I've seen is when I see some co-workers struggle with being out on their own. Some people struggle with having and managing their own book of business. I don't think this con applies to everyone, but it is definitely something each sales person goes through. Whether you can handle it or not is what will decide if it's a pro or con.
