Pella has a unique culture that highlightsthe importance of every individual team member. They genuinely desire success for each and every team member in their career and personal life.

Cons

Pella is a large corporation, the hiring and onboarding process can seem cumbersome. But, it does yield the best chance for good fits and better retention. Stick with it.

I have been with Pella Corporation for 8 years and have loved working for this company. They not only empower us to be extraordinary but you have the ability to create your own path of success. With drive and passion the sky is the limit with this company. Working in National Accounts my territory becomes my own business and I have the ability to drive my own success with the knowledge of my area. Working for a family owned company shows in all they do, where your teammates not on become friends but they become family. 8 years in and still loving it!

Cons

Working in National Accounts you don't have an office you go to but the great things is everyone is just a call away. You may think you are on an island but you are not and so many people there to assist in every way.

I have been with the Toronto branch of Pella for more than 5 years now and love it! It feels like people are just as important as profitability. There is a heavy focus on development regardless of position. The culture is also a big draw for me.

Cons

Not as many opportunities to take on progressive roles in Toronto as it is a small management team. More opportunities in the US.
