Pros

Great team of people - really care about each other. Very safe, clean, organized and friendly. Profit sharing program is awesome. Get a chance to bring suggestions and I am listened to.

Cons

Inconsistent hours - but they do a good job of communicating the schedule.

Family owned business Genuinely care about the people The company from the top down is built on Servant Leadership Compensation is excellent - Hourly team members have the power to give themselves a bonus each quarter. These are not small bonuses and are very much driven by the team members. End of year service bonus given just before Christmas. Heavily invest in their people. Large majority of upper management came from the production floor. Good insurance coverage.

Cons

I am 59 years old and worked for other company's. Not one compares to this company. I have no negative comments.

Pella has great values and cares about its people. There is a high caliber of talent here which keeps us all motivated, challenged, and at our best.

Cons

Any company can always improve, and I appreciate that Pella takes its continuous improvement culture seriously.
