Pros

Benefits are good once you've been at the company for 5 years, the people are fantastic to work with - as a whole a good company but need to work on benefits and adaptability.

Cons

Profit Sharing takes two years before getting a payout, and 5 years to be fully vested, vacation starts out low, very slow to change, some managers should not be in their roles but due to their tenure they stay around, and development is typically reserved for only those Pella thinks could be future leaders.

Pros

They get you lunch sometimes. Paid holidays

Cons

Everyone has relationships with each other making it harder for people to move up because managers promote the individuals they are involved in. Now this was Kc company. Pella distributer.
