Pros

Opportunities to expand your skills and grow in your role. Helpful and genuine executive leadership as well as a great camaraderie among team members. Ownership and individual accountability is encouraged and there are always opportunities within the business to move around ( at least laterally) and grow.

Cons

Very process oriented, at times at the expense of common sense and agility. Lot's of "red tape" on getting things done. Can be difficult to move up in your specific discipline in the organization because management is very tenured and those roles do not come open often.

Flexible schedule which is nice. Unfortunately the reason it is flexible is because there are not enough appointments for everyone.

Cons

You are asked to do other people's job without getting paid to do it and without any training. Dealing with the head office in west Caldwell is extremely difficult since no one is willing to help AWFUL pay structure Bigger appointments are given to the reps who have been there the longest. No chance for new people to make money Forced to lie to homeowners and explain the window is different than the Pella window you can buy at Lowes There is 0 difference.

Few and far in between! Software, products are good but I'm hearing a GIANT recall! The inside team is awesome.

Cons

Management micro managing is a very difficult thing to deal with as an adult! Way too many flaws in the systems i.e.; if your ordering this window you can't order this even though the computer oks and prices the item! Constantly dealing with the B.S. OF INCOMPETENCE WITH MANAGEMENT!
