Great Brand---Great reputation. Even Spiffy shirts with the Pella Logo. You will impress your friends for sure. However the spiral downwards happens fast

Cons

If Management-through-Intimidation is something you can tolerate, then Pella just might be the place for you. Be prepared for the worst at month end

They speak of the "Pella Spirit" but are moving further and further from its core. So disappointing.
