      Pros

      -Co-workers are helpful to you, even as competitors within your territory -Quality product and renouned within the industry. The features sell themselves at times and people are satisfied with the product for years to come.

      Cons

      -Upper management has no experience selling in the field within the last 10-15 years. They are so out of touch with the construction industry it's not even funny. -Product is priced out of many ballparks, even low end vinyl is very expensive in comparison to similar products. -Compensation/car package is not good compared the the hours and effort put in

      Business model, mothership mentality, sales/service branches are "on their own", low level of marketing expertise and investment, processes take priority over common sense, inconsistent product quality,

      Pros

      Fellow employees are great. Good name recognition. Modern and clean environment to work in. Nice showroom displays, samples, and presentation of products.

      Cons

      Poorly managed department, no management support of department employees, there isn't any openess to suggestions for better efficiency processes and technologies that would improve the accuracy of processing daily financial transactions and make everyday tasks run smoother. I have worked in several high volume shared service accounting departments and this is the worst managed, inefficient one I have been in. High pressure and stressful environment that doesn't have to be that way.
