Pros

They do have quality employees who are hardworking, passionate, and armed with knowledge. Their wood products look great and are well made.

Cons

Micro management, sales people are treated with little respect, long work hours, with horrible pay. Constant mandatory meetings with no benefit or compensation for time spent away from the field. Top down management with no interest in feedback or two-way conversation. Prices are out of line with the market. Pella undercuts their sales reps by distributing to the big box stores at a significantly lower price.
