Pros

Pella has done a great job of branding so people automatically think the products are the best. They are decent.

Cons

No Sales Training. Sales Management is incompetent Installations are incredibly poor. If you’re looking to get into Home Improvement Sales anywhere else would be a better option.

Pros

Money is decent. That's about it.

Cons

Hours are not reliable. They tell you 8 hours during your interview but then you are scheduled for 10 hours but most of the time you get sent home because there is no work. Also when I got hired I made it clear I had to have surgery I was told that they would work with me but after talking to HR in the building and corporate HR I was told just to quit. No management there really knows what they are doing. Also if you get put somewhere you don't like forget about getting put somewhere else you have to wait a year to get moved
