      good for pay but nothing else

      Good pay for the area and half decent benefits

      Cons

      Rampant favoritism, horrible raises, no sick leave, no to little respect for the people who actually work on the floor, you are a number to them amd they will push you till you break, dosen't care about inside advice or concerns much, the upper management cares more about the numbers going out the door then employees. there is so much more I can't post it all.

      Pros

      Decent entry level pay for the area. Work isn't difficult but can be taxing. Yearly raises.

      Cons

      You are literally just a number to this company. Management does not care about you, and you are replaceable.
