      Pros

      Important to note that many reviews here are from people who work for independent sales branches who have a close relationship with Pella, but are not Pella Corporation. So always ask whether you're considering Pella Corporation or an independent. Both offer strong advantages of excellent product and engineering, strong customer focus.

      Cons

      Must be willing to work hard. Don't try it if you're not. Don't bring any unethical habits either as you won't be successful with any of that behavior.

      Pros

      Well, the pay was not too terribly bad, but that is about it. The health insurance provided was good.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime. Also, the management staff is very corrupt. The HR Department will not help operators!! They only cover for management's many mistakes. Low hours during the winter. (Have to have second job) In tax season for 2015 Pella incorrectly advised employees how to fill out their taxes causing operators to have to pay extra for their mistake.

      Pros

      40k a year to start plus bonuses for a paper pushing job

      Cons

      Office politics, discrimination against women - no promotions for women- and for sexual orientation. They do not minorities, only Caucasians. Direct supervisor has no management experience. Antiquated technology.
