Long hours based on customer demand. inconsistent work schedule from week to week. Perform multiple jobs based on staffing levels

-Building industry primed to see growth for many years to come. -Company culture focuses on Learning and Results -Great deal of responsibility and ownership of how you deliver results -Opportunities for cross functional team work -Challenging projects solving real world problems

Cons

-Product and performance standards create a moving target across the industry (energy star requirements, code changes by county, etc) -Material and manufacturing labor shortages create challenges in fulfilling customer demand - expecting this to be a short term problem

Stability, some of the benefits, experienced coworkers, work independence, and I meet new people every day.

Cons

Low wages, benefits could be improved and management only concerned about numbers numbers but rarely about the well being of workers.
