Pros

Few and far in between! Software, products are good but I'm hearing a GIANT recall! The inside team is awesome.

Cons

Management micro managing is a very difficult thing to deal with as an adult! Way too many flaws in the systems i.e.; if your ordering this window you can't order this even though the computer oks and prices the item! Constantly dealing with the B.S. OF INCOMPETENCE WITH MANAGEMENT!

Pros

Amazing product with thoughtful design and engineering. Most employees are hard working and willing to assist. Good complete window line offering. Good initial pay.

Cons

Deceitful management. The PDSN's are not helpful with one's own business development in terms of administrative assistance and especially management in terms of working with reps to develop new business. PDSN was unwilling to entrust Reps with any established account. Only receive one week of hands on training in Pella, IA, which was great, but you are on your own after that. PDSN's don't share good or "Key" accounts with employees. PDSN was cryptic in terms of salary vs. draw. Pella Overly pushes Vinyl Window sales which are good but priced higher that competition. Pella Vinyl is limited in terms of window combinations and colors making a hard sale.
