Pros

The hourly office workers there are amazing. They truly care about each other and both internal and external customers.

Cons

Management. The leadership team. When you hear the term *blank* rolls downhill, this is the epitome of it. When you have people in charge that can’t do the job of the people reporting to them, you get the CYA culture. Passive aggressive toxic environment.

Pros

Benefits start immediately Training is informative The pay is ok

Cons

They aren't competitive when it comes to pay, everyone starts the same even with experience They lay off all the time. If they don't have orders coming in regularly, they lay you off. It happened every couple months for the past year. I have a couple siblings who work there currently, before I started and they been there for years and can be laid off for months at a time. They pick favorites when it comes to promoting or get your hopes that your gonna get a promotion but they always pick someone else HR and Management aren't here to help you. If anything inconvenient them, they will not help you. It's a hostile work environment. I was currently working with a young lady who was only there for 6 months before she quit because she was being harassed and threaten by another co worker. I've witnessed her being physically threatened, screamed at, while being around groups of people. This poor girl went to HR and Management for help 4 times, I went with her to be a witness and so did other people. They did nothing, and didn't want to talk to the witnesses about what we have been experiencing with this individual. When a group of people come to management and HR about one person whos harassing another employee and they refused to talk to any of us about the multiple situations that happened. You know this isn't a good place to work. Mine recommendation is too stay away. I quit after that young lady put in her two weeks.
