Pros

Good pay, and commission on all apparel and equipment sold, friendly staff that are always willing to help, store hours aren't bad and schedule can be pretty flexible if everyone is doing their job right

Cons

Very bad communication between retail stores and corporate, not always in the loop on new sales, programs, etc, not a lot of upward mobility

Company cut all commission pay outs. On hourly only. Companies not stable but they are trying to pull it all together.
