Great salary and benefitThe advantages include a very American corporate culture, flexibility, good salary and benefits, and the opportunity to use the company's products.

Cons

The drawbacks include a loosely structured company organization, poor implementation and feedback status of policies, lack of control in budget utilization, minimal understanding of the Asia-Pacific region, and a focus solely on the ideas of the US headquarters. For the HR department, these factors make it very challenging to execute policies effectively and receive constructive feedback for achieving positive outcomes.

Constant fear of layoff, actually was laid off. Micromanage, no longer remote
