Pros

Great People and facilities. Positive environment. Friendly members.

Cons

No development, low yearly salaries for ground level staff (considering cost of living crisis) and also, instructors make hundreds and thousands of pounds a year and they justify not giving their frontline staff a pay rise if they don't complete internal company goals? As in, £150 a year could be potentially excluded if you don't complete your goals, not a month but over a year. They're willing to resist giving frontline staff a £20 pay rise a month because of some internal development system that never actually leads to any development. Bizarre. They're lavish with money when instructors are concerned, but very tight on budget to offer their front of house staff.

Much like the stationary bike, this company is going nowhere fast

Pros

Decent base pay. Relative autonomy, if you know what you're doing.

Cons

Terrible leadership in nearly every department, from the Sr. Director up to the C-Suite. A board that is completely out of touch with our competitive landscape and how to drive revenue. No career mobility since the company is actively shrinking. No "real" new products in two years due to poor planning–guide tech in a new screen is not a new product. Marketing, Design, Product, Supply Chain, and the CEO have been replaced multiple times, leading to the company losing its competitive edge in the connected fitness industry and a blind leading the blind scenario.
