Messy Marketing and Creative Team

Pros

Salary was competitive. Pleasant physical work space

Cons

Multiple inexperienced people in leadership positions that are toxic and tested a lot of people’s mental health to work with. Everyone who went to HR to complain were soon let go. And the complaints were always regarding the same people, yet the PeopleTeam protected them, while their staff had to take medical leave of absence for their mental health working with these particular people

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We appreciate your feedback on compensation and the work environment. We also acknowledge the broader concerns raised around leadership and employee experience, and this input is valuable as we continue to reflect on how we support our teams and foster a healthy, respectful workplace.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear that the pace, innovation, work–life balance, and compensation have been positives for you. We understand that fast-moving environments can also create uncertainty, and we’re focused on providing clear direction as the business continues to evolve.

Much like the stationary bike, this company is going nowhere fast

Pros

Decent base pay. Relative autonomy, if you know what you're doing.

Cons

Terrible leadership in nearly every department, from the Sr. Director up to the C-Suite. A board that is completely out of touch with our competitive landscape and how to drive revenue. No career mobility since the company is actively shrinking. No "real" new products in two years due to poor planning–guide tech in a new screen is not a new product. Marketing, Design, Product, Supply Chain, and the CEO have been replaced multiple times, leading to the company losing its competitive edge in the connected fitness industry and a blind leading the blind scenario.
