Pros

-Legacy employees really carry the employee culture forward. -W/L balance was pretty nice. -Occasional catered food. -Nice office space -Brand recognition goes a long way for opportunities at larger companies. -Talent pool was a good mix of startup and large company job history -Salary wasn't bad -Values employees from different backgrounds

Cons

-Leadership is often times cryptic on company direction/significant lack of transparency -Management /promotional structure seems arbitrary, not performance based -Career growth is largely nonexistent -Very volatile work environment due to regular layoffs and constant reorgs. -Targeted layoffs arent typically for performance related issues and often arent explained by leadership.

Pros

3 day in office work week. Competitive salary Benefits, but they are dwindling

Cons

Poor leadership, no clear vision for the company, no innovation, cost cutting but expecting growth. Benefits and stock being cut from lower level employees. Layoffs and restructuring every 6 months. New CEO is a disappointment
