      Under new management all good things about the company has gone. Everyone is working under a lot of stress. No hope for profit. Slowly sinking.

      Great office environment One of the best office gyms I've seen Some opportunities for upward mobility Excellent pay Great benefits such as: Unlimited vacation 18 weeks parental leave Pet insurance

      Cons

      Too much reorganization. In about a year and a half, I had my role changed 7 times pretty drastically from what I was originally hired on to do and what my background was in. It's pretty clear that there wasn't much thought put into a lot of the reorganization at the bottom levels too. While I saw opportunities for others to move upward at a decent rate, having to start at square one with a new boss in a new role every 2 months allowed me no such opportunity. I was barely able to get acquainted with a role before I was moved to another.
