Benefits, most of the staff, and the members. The CEO and the CMO are not the problem, however the rest of “5th Floor” needs an evaluation.

Cons

The majority of upper management is delusional. There is a culture of fear that is being cultivated by vague emails, erratic firings, and sincerely just a lack of listening. There is an EXTREME lack of concern for, mostly front line staff, but generally all staff. A blind eye is turned on important issues and situations and covered by extra BVS classes or firing the wrong people. Your pay, bonuses, and incentives do not compensate for the stress, fear, and frustration that you cultivate.

I've recently come to Pen Air and have witnessed so much turn over. I am not certain I made the right career change.
